F

rom its inception, Christ Church School has
maintained its mission to educate and nurture the
whole child in a caring, Christian environment.

Our faculty continues to go above and beyond to help
every child find success academically, spiritually,
and emotionally.

Additionally, we make consistent efforts to revolutionize our
teaching methodologies. An assortment of high tech and
low tech hands-on learning tools purchased with funds
raised by our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) support
classroom maker spaces that are thought-provoking,
collaborative, and project-based. Students are immersed in
challenging activities that teach them to face complexity.
Professional development for teachers and a resolute
commitment to the enhancement of our academic program

remains a priority at CCS. We continue to build a solid
academic foundation by nurturing 21st century skills. These
skills are sharpened through our various enrichments,
including art, music, physical education, character
education, library and media. Students in our classrooms
explore through curiosity, inquiry, imagination, problem
solving, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking.
Innovative maker activities that value learning through
direct experience from creating something shareable
complement the rigorous curriculum at CCS.

Today, we have the capability to give every child the tools,
materials, and context to achieve their potential. The
natural inclinations of children and the power of learning
by doing are fueled in the following ways:
