CRCCE Neighborhood Update
ANNUAL MEETING
Summary
President Tim Hernandez called the meeting to order
at 6:40PM.
Secretary Vicki Lynch read the Roll Call. Present
were Tim Hernandez, Karen Polivka, Craig Singer,
Vicki Lynch, Jonathan Brody, Renata Cammarata,
Judy High, Bob Mayo, Paige O’Mahoney, Bruce
Quailey and Jeff Stich.
Also attending were Christ Church Pastor Nathan
Adams and Broward County Commissioner and
Mayor Lamar Fisher.
Jeff Stich moved and Judy High seconded that
reading the minutes from the 2022 Annual Meeting
be waived. The vote in favor was unanimous.
Board members introduced themselves to residents.
Treasurer Craig Singer reported on the Community
Association and Security Patrol finances for 2022.
