To continue attracting and retaining high-caliber surgeons, Frum
continues to explore capital campaigns to fund surgical services
and support the renovation of the hospital’s operating rooms by
investing in new technology and state-of-the-art equipment.
Since taking the helm, she has amplified the caring culture
and reputation the hospital has had for decades. A former
nurse who started her career as a respiratory therapist, Frum’s
priority is providing excellent clinical care and treating
patients and their families with great compassion.
