Beef Tenderloin &
Brussel Sprout Skewers
Serving Size: 4 - 6
Preparation Time: 1:00
Amount Measure Ingredient - Prep Method
1 oz per skewer Beef tenderloin
1 per skewer Brussels sprouts
French Baguette
Horseradish sauce

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Slice the bread and drizzle with olive oil and toast in oven
until golden brown. Set aside.
Season the Brussel sprouts with salt and pepper, drizzle
with olive oil and roast in the oven for approx. 10 minutes.
Set aside and let cool.
Cut the tenderloin in 1 oz cubes, season and put on a 6”
bamboo skewer, add one Brussel sprout.
Broil skewers in middle shelf for ca. 3 -4 minutes, put each
skewer on a bread slice and drizzle with the horseradish sauce.
Horseradish sauce:
Amount Measure Ingredient - Prep Method
2 cup sour cream
2 tblsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup ground horseradish
1 pinch white pepper
1 pinch salt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
