             1600: In service. One message of homeless encampment, cleared
             the encampment.
             Friday August 29, 2025
             1740: The residence on NE 40th Ct had an open back door. I
             cleared the home and everything was intact nothing was out of
             place. Owner was notified of the door being left open. I made an
             exit through the garage door and secured the home.

             Saturday September 6th, 2025
             1800: 69 animal response to Bayview Park regarding children
             handling animals. Made contact with guardians regarding the
             matter. Case number 156242 (Verbal).

             Friday September 12, 2025
             1700: While doing a house check at residence on NE 28th
             Avenue, the rear sliding door was not locked correctly and
             the alarm was not active (I did not see any systems). I called
             numerous times with no answer and texted the owner of my
             findings. I attempted to shut the rear sliding door and exit through
             the front door and was unable to shut the front door due to it not
             having a self-locking mechanism. I then relocked the front door
             and unfortunately had no option but to leave the rear sliding door
             open. I closed the sliding door and put a security card in between
             the sliding door in case someone remakes entry and also closed
