Galleria Fort Lauderdale was put up for sale.”
So what’s being proposed?
According to plans submitted to the City of Fort
Lauderdale, the proposal (divided into Galleria
West and Galleria East parcels, east and west
of Bayview Drive) contains:
• eight (8) 300’ towers,
• 13,204 sf of new restaurant space,
• 120,718 sf of new commercial space,
• 9,140 sf of new office space, 3144 new
residential units (1273 affordable and 1871
market rate units),
• a 170 room hotel and
• 4912 additional parking spaces.
