President’s Message

Dear Neighbors,

ur sincere thanks to all of you who attended our HOA General Membership
meeting on Thursday, March 30th to listen, learn about and discuss the
Otopic of performing the actual work required to begin the undergrounding of
our utilities. It was a highly informative presentation and a lively discussion ensued
geared to weighing the costs of the project and the pros and cons of hiring a private
contractor to do the work instead of utilizing the City of Fort Lauderdale to perform
the work.
The slides on the following pages are taken from the presentation at the meeting and
cover the key points of what was discussed on the 'contractor or the City’ options.

this problematic parking.

driveway or garage to help reduce street congestion. In addition, please allow your
