President's Message

Dear Harbor Beach Residents,
I
hope this message finds you well and enjoying all that our beautiful community has
to offer this time of year. As I continue to get up to date on the various key elements
of the position, I wanted to share a few highlights of what the HOA has been
focusing on for the past month for the neighborhood:
Community Enhancements

• Upcoming Guardhouse Painting: With support from Harbor Beach Security (HBI)
and great contributions by several of our neighbors, we will be embarking on
updating several of our guardhouses with a fresh coat of paint among other things.
It’s a small but meaningful improvement that keeps our neighborhood looking its best.
HBPHOA Board Officers
• Upcoming Landscaping Updates: We have hired a new landscaping company to
President manage our contract for the neighborhood and hope you all start to see a difference
Mike Byrne in the quality of the service. In addition, plans are being drawn up to refresh the

contributions of our members and we hope you like the results. Greater details will be

we put together plans to work with the City on long-term objectives that will cover as
Treasurer much of the infrastructure within our neighborhood as possible. More updates will
be provided to members directly via email. To ensure you are kept up to date, all

Trish Bailey-Entin Engaged members are the heart of a thriving community. By supporting your
trishbe@harborbeach.org local HOA you will gain greater information about the local ongoings within the
community and influence that direction. While the HOA will provide coordination for
Board Members the entire community, we will ensure that members have an increased influence on
Pat Riley the direction and outcomes of the neighborhood.
