Beach Matters

BAHIA MAR Redevelopment Proposal

Approved by City Commission

At their December 5th meeting, City of Fort Lauderdale Mayor and Commissioners voted to approve the redevelopment plan
for Bahia Mar by a 4-1 vote. The meeting lasted into the wee hours of December 6th, with the Commission also approving
the long-term lease of the property by a 3-2 vote. Here are renderings showing some the property features and amenities
that will be incorporated into the plan.
