2018 HOLIDAY SOLID WASTE SERVICES SCHEDULE
CHRISTMAS DAY – There will be no curbside cart collections which include garbage, yard waste and recycling as well
as bulk collections on Christmas, December 25, 2018. There will be no make-up day for curbside cart collections,
including garbage, yard waste and recycling. Curbside cart collection customers normally serviced on Tuesdays will
resume scheduled service Friday, December 28, 2018.
Fort Lauderdale residents may place holiday trees curbside for pickup on scheduled yard waste collection days. The free service
begins the week of December 31st and concludes on January 12th. This is an easy, eco-friendly method for disposal of fresh

NEW YEAR’S DAY - No service interruptions on New Year’s Day, January 1, 2019. Collection will remain on schedule
for all curbside cart collections which includes garbage, yard waste, recycling as well as bulk collections.
