Christmas on Las Olas. Thank You!

t was a very Merry, Musical, Jingle & Mingle, Festive & Fun celebration of the
Las Olas Association’s 60th Anniversary of Christmas On Las Olas! On Tuesday,
INovember 29th, 2022, the boulevard was closed off to cars for the favorite free
Holiday tradition and was filled with over 10,000 festive party goers.
The live performances on three stages were amazing and consisted of 28 different
groups of musicians, singers, and dancers from local elementary, middle, and high
schools as well as dance groups such as the Hip Hop Kidz. The crowds were entertained
Jodi Tanner during the entire event from 5-10 pm thanks to the generous stage sponsors, The
Vice President Whitfield, Truly Nolen, Benedetti Orthodontics, and Las Olas Capital Arts.

And Oh! The snow! Our amazing 75’ Snow Mountain was giving toboggan riders
of all ages huge thrills with the ride on the freshly laid snow! Our thanks to Anidjar
& Levine for their continued support to make Snow Mountain happen. Kids and
parents were excitedly strapping on their skates to cruise around the ice-skating rink
sponsored by Broward Health. Broward Health’s sponsorship also provided for fun
activities such as face painting and gave out tons of fun swag!

Santa Ernie was all smiles and ‘HoHoHo’s!’ while many kids, young and old, took
photos for their memories and Christmas cards. Thanks to the Florida Panthers for

Luke Moorman Everyone was thrilled and filled with the Christmas Spirit! Our fantastic merchants

and restaurants from the boulevard along with the many corporate sponsors and
Jodi Jeffreys-Tanner vendors decked their holiday tents and welcomed the festive crowd with beautiful
Vice President art, food, jewelry, gifts and free swag. It was a perfect night to purchase holiday
Dave Bell gifts and to learn about our local organizations in the community. We want to send
Secretary out a special ‘Thank you!’ to The Las Olas Company which has always been our
Christmas Star with their annual sponsorship and community support!

Company and benefited The American Lung Association. The Christmas Spirit was

Christmas On Las Olas is a Fort Lauderdale tradition and a gift that brings the magic of
John Gattuso Christmas and the holidays to our entire community. The Las Olas Association’s dedicated
Alice Harry Christmas on Las Olas Team with Erika Del Rio, Jodi Tanner, Luke Moorman and Linda
Brown worked tirelessly to bring our community a free and memorable event. We
Oualid Iaouadi wanted to see excited and happy faces and we did! The event was a huge success.
