Alicia Rice, AMLI Residential
Alicia Rice is the Area Vice President for South Florida and
oversees operations and performance for eight luxury apartment
communities totaling over 3,500 apartment homes. Alicia began
her career with AMLI 10 years ago as a Leasing Consultant and
quickly worked her way up in the company as Assistant Manager,
Leasing Manager and Community Manager roles in both the
Chicago and South Florida markets. Alicia has won many AMLI
awards during her tenure. She is a strong leader who helps her
teams live AMLI’s mission every day: Provide an outstanding living
environment for our residents. Alicia and team have just begun
leasing efforts at AMLI’s two newest developments, AMLI Park West
in Plantation and AMLI Midtown Miami.

Coomi Bhasin, COOMI
For over 15 years, award-winning designer Coomi Bhasin has
created cherished jewels for more than their weight in carats. Born
and raised in Mumbai but a New Yorker and Floridian for most of
her adult life, Coomi is fluent in East and West cultures. She draws
on the rich jewelry heritage of her native India, reinterpreting ages-
old techniques to suit modern women. Her signature use of
unconventional materials from rare gems like emerald Trapiches
and Paraiba tourmalines to museum-worthy ancient artifacts—first
caught the eye of Neiman Marcus in 2005 and has earned her
fans, including Julia Roberts, Jennifer Lopez, and Beyoncé. A
prolific creator in everything from textiles to sculpture and jewelry-
