              LAS OLAS CAPITAL ARTS FEATURES

              Heather Neiman

as Olas Capital Arts celebrates their 15th featured
artist, Heather Neiman, with an opening artist
L reception showcasing her inspiring artwork from
              6:00 pm-9:00 pm on Thursday September 30th, 2021.
Heather’s artistic journey began at a young age when
she would create large art works and signs for various
displays and contests. In 1990, she was asked to paint
the window of a Wilton Manor Publix Supermarket,
which inspired her visual arts passion. Her focus has
always been on holiday-themed window paintings and
these artistic window creations have helped launch her
              now successful career.
Heather’s commitment to the community and the work
she has done for other people has granted her the
opportunity to be commissioned to do what she loves.
Her commission work has ranged from storefront
windows to traditional canvas paintings to painting on a
river rock. Heather’s work aims at projecting raw
emotions, using the story, process, thoughts, feelings
and her intuition when creating. She often paints live
and onlookers are always surprised when Heather
encourages them to participate in her painting process
by adding their own creative touch to her pieces. Her
willingness to be open and inclusive while painting
infuses an energy that comes through compellingly in
her art on whatever canvas she may be using.
Heather is a passionate supporter of the Guardian ad
Litem program, Speak Up for Kids. Speak Up for Kids
empowers students with opportunities to serve and
speak up for the children involved in Palm Beach County's Heather’s exhibition will be on display at Las Olas Capital
