Caroline Carrara
Caroline is the Managing Broker of EWM Realty International-Las Olas and Chair of the
LOBI Magazine Editorial Committee. She’s describes herself as an over-involved individual
while friends and colleagues LOPX her as someone who passionately loves to contribute.
Caroline has served on the Board of Directors of the Las Olas Association for the last 9
years and currently serves as treasurer. She is a VP & Board member of RAPB&GFLR Eastern
Regional Board. Caroline loves Happy Hours, brunch, ocean, sleeping…and is currently
teaching her teen son to drive.

Andrea Arandia

Founder and CEO of 1+1 Media, Inc., a marketing firm that provides customized services
for local businesses and organizations. Andrea is fluent in Spanish and English, and brings
her worldly expertise and talents to Fort Lauderdale by way of India, The United Kingdom,
and Dubai. Committed to promoting Las Olas as a world-class destination, 1+1 Media, Inc.
provides critical support to The Las Olas Association, The City of Fort Lauderdale, and
several other local businesses.

Jennifer Becker
Jennifer Becker has 15 years of experience in media relations. As Principal of BKR Media,
a full-service public relations firm founded in 2009, she has worked closely with the
“who’s who” of real estate, comprising high-profile developers, architects, sales and
marketing agencies, leasing teams, project management companies and private equity
groups. Her impressive resume also includes posts at Good Morning America and the
renowned Rubenstein Public Relations in New York City.

Donna York-Gilbert

A transplant from North Carolina and lives on Las Olas Isles. Donna works for a global
health care company but is also an award- winning children's book author and writer.
Donna's work has been featured in city and state magazines across the Carolinas and
Florida. Donna and her husband have two sons and love living off Las Olas. She has
been invaluable in bringing a voice to Las Olas Isles residents and connecting with the
Las Olas business BOE DJWJD community.

Jennifer Nayak

Meet Jenn Nayak, Managing Editor. Jennifer brings a unique blend of local business,
branding and PR expertise from her background in executive recruitment, outreach, small
business marketing and communications. Jennifer is an advocate for special needs inclusion
through community programs and arts education. An avid traveler, art collector and out of
practice yogi, Jenn lives in Harbordale and is the proud Mum of two boys, one with Autism.
