it wreaked havoc on South Florida’s economy.
WMany areas are still struggling. But the real
estate market has been a remarkable exception. At the
beginning of the pandemic, real estate professionals
grappled with being unable to do showings and reluctance
to commit from both buyers and sellers. However, things
quickly picked up as the industry pivoted to the new COVID
reality in creative ways,some which are almost certain to Caroline Carrara
have long-term beneficial results. A number of factors came
together to heat up the South Florida estate market.
