                                              Looking to 2022 in Rio Vista

                                                     io Vista Civic Association’s volunteer Board of Directors is gearing up for
                                                     another year of neighborhood advocacy. The question for 2022 is whether or
                                              Rnot we can maintain our reputation as the Neighborhood Association who
                                              “won’t take no for an answer.” You can stay up to date on our ongoing volunteer efforts
                                              by monitoring our website, social media, and reading our electronic/print newsletters. If

                                              easy. There is always lots going on in our City, so please make sure you also sign-up for
                                              news from Fort Lauderdale directly!
                                              January 24th Annual RVCA General Meeting & Elections

                                              Our next General Meeting will take place via Zoom on the evening of January 24,
                                              2022. Neighbors will have the opportunity to hear from our new Chief of Police, Larry
               Christina Currie, Esq.         Scirotto. Please remember that our bylaws require that Director Elections be held during
                      President               this annual meeting. It’s important you attend; we cannot take action without meeting
                                              quorum requirements. Meeting materials and access will be emailed to paid RVCA

                                              permanent stops signs on SE 8th Street and SE 7th Street along SE 11th Avenue. In late

                                              County decision and a frustration at the inability to get signs permanently placed there.
