RVCA President’s Message
’d like to start by sharing an exciting first for our neighborhood: RVCA and NSU
Art Museum will host an exclusive gathering for Rio Vista residents in conjunction
Iwith the Museum’s monthly Free Fort Lauderdale Neighbor Day! On Sunday,
September 29, Rio Vista residents are invited to attend the launch of the Museum’s
“Neighborhood of the Month” program which spotlights a different Fort Lauderdale
neighborhood each month. Rio Vista is the program’s first neighborhood spotlight,
and in celebration of the occasion residents will receive free admission,
complimentary sketchpads for children, 2-for-1 on beer and wine, two free Museum
passes to use on a later date, and $20 off the Museum membership of their choice
at the Museum Enthusiast / Family level and above. Please plan on attending and
making the most of this special opportunity.

Vice President During the summer General Membership meeting break the RVCA Board of

of wrong way drivers. At the intersection of Ponce De Leon Boulevard and SE 9th

As I am sure you know we are also communicating with residents and the City’s

COUNSEL TO THE BOARD Over the past year our Board has been reminded of the importance to contribute to
Charles Tatelbaum the update of the City of Fort Lauderdale Comprehensive Plan. For those of you who
