donations in them. Please help us in providing a generous delivery of items to
The Pantry, which provides its 425 clients with a 55-pound box of nutritional food
every month.
One note about parking: there is no available parking that evening at Virginia
Young Park. We need those two narrow streets bordering the park for our vendors
and emergency vehicles. We will be setting up Friday afternoon after school hours
and encourage students who need community service hours to show up to help set
up on Friday and again on Sunday morning to help break down.

Another great event, The Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade will be held
on Saturday, December 14th this year, getting underway at 6:30 pm. This event
features boats and yachts decorated with spectacular holiday lights, music,
entertainment, musical groups and many other exciting offerings for parade viewers.
The neighbors of Rio Vista come together and celebrate at Abreu Park. Feel free to
bring a picnic basket and please remember to carry out your trash after the
parade. As a courtesy to all neighbors, we ask that people sitting on blankets go to
the front third of the park closest to the water, folks with lawn chairs set up behind
them in the middle section of the park and those standing please keep to the back.
We’re looking forward to celebrating the holiday season with our Rio Vista
neighbors and friends! And remember…all Rio Vista residents are invited to both
