                                              Pier 66 construction will be restarting in November after a long hiatus.
                                              Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina is located on 32 waterfront acres at the gateway to the
                                              beach in the prime Harbor Beach district of Fort Lauderdale. Tavistock, the developer, is
                                              in the process of re-imagining Pier Sixty-Six as Fort Lauderdale’s “Social Harbor” with a
                                              complete renovation of the property while preserving its iconic Pier Tower. The marina
                                              will remain open through renovation and boasts 164 slips with 5,000 linear feet of
                                              dockage in the yachting capital of the world.

                                              Fort Lauderdale Police Headquarters Project Update
                     TEAM LHIA
                       Officers               AECOM Technical Services Inc. provided the City Commission with updated renderings
                                              on the project design and site plan of the new building for the Fort Lauderdale Police
                     Vice-President
                      Aimara Sage             Headquarters. The project consists of a three-story 190,980 square foot Police
                                              Headquarters building and a three-story 222,081 square foot parking structure. As the

                     Chelsea Krebs            project moves forward, AECOM and Adams Consulting Group Inc. will schedule
                                              community engagement sessions to update the public on the project. Please note that
