Chef’s Recipe

Green Lip Mussels
Amount Measure Ingredient – Prep Method
¼ cup Evoo
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 500° F
Put a ¼ inch of kosher or rock salt
on a baking sheet and put in oven.
Sauté the garlic in olive oil and butter until translucent.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the parsley and add some
of the garlic - oil mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the mussels on the baking sheet and sprinkle with the
breadcrumb mixture. Drizzle the garlic – oil mix over the mussels.
Bake in oven until brown. Serve with garlic bread.
