Sec. 25-14 Discharging offensive fluids and matter into streets; obstructing gutters and sewers.
It shall be unlawful to throw, deposit, or discharge any material or liquid into any street, gutter, storm sewer or sewer.
"Material" shall include, but is not limited to, dirt, bricks, grass clippings (except when done temporarily and in
connection with pickup activities), lumber, trash, yard debris, or wood. "Liquid" shall include all types of liquid except
rainwater. (Code 1953, § 40-8; Ord. No. C-96-64, § 2, 11-19-96)

Sec. 25-15 Removing grass, earth, etc., from streets.
It shall be unlawful to remove grass, earth or sand from or to dig up any street or to deposit material of any kind on any
street without permission of the city engineer of the city. (Code 1953, § 40-9)
