President’s Message
appy Fall, Everyone! Even though fall in South Florida still means warm
days and plenty of afternoon rain, it’s always a season of change and
Hreflection. As we move through the last part of the year, I hope you’re
finding time to enjoy our beautiful neighborhood, connect with neighbors, and look
ahead to the holiday season.
Our association continues to work hard on behalf of the community, from
supporting neighborhood safety to organizing events that bring us together. We
are continuously connecting with elected officials on issues that matter to residents
and continuing our efforts to beautify the neighborhood so it remains a place we
can all be proud of. None of this would be possible without the dedication of
volunteers and the support of members like you.
This season also marks the time of our annual Membership Drive. If you haven’t
renewed or joined, please consider doing so now. An application is attached to
this issue and a letter will go out in the mail shortly as well. Membership dues go
directly toward projects that benefit all of us—enhancing safety, maintaining our
shared spaces, and creating opportunities to come together as neighbors.
I do want to share an important note: in order for the association to keep running
smoothly and offering the services and events we all enjoy, we need more residents
to step forward and join. Without stronger membership and involvement, it will be
difficult to sustain the level of care and connection that makes our neighborhood
such a special place to live. If you’re already a member, thank you! We’d love for
you to spread the word to a neighbor who hasn’t yet signed up. Every contribution
of time and support makes a meaningful difference.
For further neighborhood updates please see the committee reports in this
magazine.
Wishing you a safe, happy, and connected fall season,
Helena Cooper
