A New Year, A New Us
he past eighteen months, a time of introversion, separated us from each other and organizations that bring us
together for social and community activities. The Coral Ridge Country Club Estates HOA felt this impact. But
T2022 is our year for re-emerging and re-energizing our Association and our community to continue to make
CRCCE one of the most highly desirable neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale.
Appropos of our revitalization, the Board voted to rename the Association The Coral Ridge Country Club Estates
Community Association to reflect that we are a voluntary group vested in improving the safety, beauty and livability of
our neighborhood.

The initial phase of a re-envisioned Bayview Drive is complete. Resurfacing, relining and expanded bike lanes have
improved car and bicycle flow. In 2022, the Association will continue move forward on eastside sidewalk repairs,
westside sidewalk installation and landscaped roundabouts at 37th Drive and 47th Street. A new Bayview Drive - safe
and attractive for all.
The committee is making great strides setting up the Security Patrol with off-duty police officers, uniformed and driving
city patrol cars, patrolling CRCCE. A Security Patrol lawn sign will designate your participation. Look for the officers.
They will become part of our community.
