                                                      and waiting for its members to enjoy some fun in the sun! Swimming, surfing,
                                                 Sand paddle boarding, too, are just some of the summertime beach activities
                                                  waiting for you at our Harbor Beach Surf Club. See you at the Beach!

                                                  Re: South Ocean Bridge Replacement Project #P12087-Surtax. Vice-Mayor Ben
                                                  Sorensen and Ben Rogers, Transportation and Mobility Director, have advised us
                                                  the solicitation package for the project is now out to bid and will close at the end of

                                                  We are pleased the bridge project is now out to bid and looking forward to
                                                  determining its start date. And while I’m on the subject of bridge repairs, the
                                                  Mercedes River Bridge construction will be going on from now through Fall of

                                                   MERCEDES RIVER BRIDGE PROJECT


                                                   Construction Start Date: May 20, 2022. Anticipated Completion: Fall 2022
                                                   PROJECT: Remove and replace the existing pile cap protection for 44 pile
                                                   foundations
                                                   TRAFFIC IMPACTS: Lane closures may occur weekdays 9:30 am – 3:30 pm in
                                                   one direction at a time. Access to residences and businesses will be maintained
                                                   at all times. Pedestrian detours will be in place during sidewalk closures.

                                                   MARINE IMPACTS: Limited access at all times.
