We’re pleased to report that Harbor Beach proper (within the gates) is continuing to show a decline in overall crime, according
to the most recent analysis provided by the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. This positive trend stands in contrast to rising
crime rates in surrounding or “sister” communities, including areas across the 17th Street corridor and Las Olas.
