President's Message
Exciting News for Harbor Beach:
A Streamlined Future
arbor Beach has always been known as one of Fort Lauderdale’s most
beautiful and welcoming neighborhoods. Together, we’ve built a strong
Hcommunity defined by safety, pride of ownership, and a shared commitment
to making our neighborhood the best place to call home.
For the past couple of years, two organizations have helped support this vision:
• HBPHA (Harbor Beach Property Homeowners Association) — responsible for
maintaining our guardhouses, landscaping, coordination with the City, and other

neighborhood upkeep.
President • HBIF (Harbor Beach Island Fund) — focuses on providing top-level private security,
Mike Byrne including our roving patrols, dedicated guards, and other safety measures.

While both groups have served us well, we’ve heard from many neighbors that it can
sometimes be confusing to understand which organization handles what — and why

That means one organization, one set of dues, and one clear mission
— to keep Harbor Beach safe, beautiful, and thriving. This merger will make our
Secretary operations more efficient, easier to manage, and more straightforward for every

now underway, and we are hopeful that everything will be completed before the
Board Members end of the year.

Harbor Beach only shines because of you. Our community organizations are
voluntary and depend on your participation and support. By contributing, you help
keep our guardhouses maintained, our landscaping lush, and our neighborhood
secure. Together, we ensure Harbor Beach remains the safe and beautiful place we
are all proud to call home.
We are excited about this new chapter for Harbor Beach and thank you for being
