             Residential Update | Development Pipeline

             Key Highlights
Downtown Fort Lauderdale’s growing residential density and changing demographics are attracting a renowned list of
developers to pioneer new models for urban living in our community. Upcoming destinations like FAT Village and the TREDO
District and the introduction of new amenities and designs will reshape the pedestrian experience and downtown skyline.
Downtown Fort Lauderdale’s strong development and investment pipeline will continue to facilitate our city’s growth as one of the
top 18-hour cities and places to live in the United States.
             Recent Trends
             • Downtown Fort Lauderdale has built three times more apartments than Downtown West Palm Beach and 1,000 more units than
the urban cores in Austin and Atlanta combined since 2015.
