marine crane system which maximizes storage capability
and minimizes boat retrieval time. A single wet well
houses two boat lifts that raise the boats out of the water
and position them to be lifted by the crane. There are
floating docks and 21 wet slips for staging outside of the
facility, which helps reduce cycle time. A single boat can
be stored or retrieved in under five minutes, which is a
breakthrough in efficiency for the marine industry.
In addition, F3 Marina will provide its boaters with
unrivaled customer service including valet parking and a
full-service concierge to create pleasurable experiences for
boaters. Customers can call ahead or reserve launch times
through an app. Their boat will be retrieved, iced up and
ready to go at a staging dock as soon as they arrive. After
enjoying a day on the water, engines are flushed, and
each vessel receives a freshwater rinse-down before gently
being stored in its rack until the next adventure.
