             Congratulations to Frank and Barbi Barefield of Rio Vista   Our first installation of the year will be April 29th
             for winning the City’s January 2023 WOW Award!         @ 9:30 AM-11:30 AM. There will be a workshop at
             Vice Mayor Warren Sturman for Fort Lauderdale City     Virginia Young Park to begin the day and then we’ll head out
             Commission District 4 and Community Appearance Board   into the neighborhood to install the orchids.
