SUMMARY OF RECENT PATROL LOGS

As we continue to attempt to improve communications in the community regarding crime
and the great work of the Protect Rio Vista Patrol, we will summarize the past two months
of security logs in each issue of RIO VISTA. In the past, only the most recent log was
included and often only a fraction of it due to space constraints. As always, the full logs

0630 10-8 called in detail. One new voicemail ref suspicious 2200 1 new VM - Please follow up on dayshift calling about
B/M at residence last night asking the sitter questions he a suspicious person that knocked on their door and made
advised he also called regular patrol / text message back sent contact with the resident, requesting a call back.

0700 I continued patrols and was flagged down ref parking lot Citation issued for running red light

1501 Auto Burglary of lawn service trailer while workers
Tuesday, June 21 2022 on site - B/M (40’s, gold teeth, B/F passenger) in late model
I patrolled the isles and noticed missing kitty flyer posted at Burgundy Kia Optima (possible tag of ‘UDY893’) exited
11th and Córdova . I started patrolling isles and observed vehicle, entered trailer, and took 3 leaf blowers. Before
a similar kitty / I face timed owner turns out it was their kitty suspect could flee, he was confronted by the workers who had
she came and met me kitty safely returned home ..Very happy a scuffle with him and retrieved the equipment; the thief left
