0800 Continued patrols in neighborhood. Received call ref 1945-2030 Responded for ongoing harassment/following of
suspicious black male in backyard. Located a black female a resident. Gave resident numerous options and advice on how
few houses west. She was very confused and needed to get to handle. Case # 22-183196

1000 Began patrols of the Isles. While on patrol I was given a
