Although we live in a relatively safe neighborhood, we
recently experienced two homicides in communities that
surround The Landings. One murder occurred on
September 12th at NE 57th Street in Lake Estates and one
in Lauderdale by The Sea on October 19th at 4520 El Mar
Drive near the Southern Seas Resort. In addition, between
April – October 2019 a residence was burglarized and 6
