HBI SECURITY Update

HBI
is excited to share some updates and invite you
to engage with and support the initiatives that
ensure our neighborhood remains safe and
welcoming. If you are not a current member of HBI, we invite
you become one and help support the safety and security of
the best neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale.
Progress and Objectives: Since the new HBI board took over
in March 2024, we've focused on addressing both internal
and external challenges to enhance our security and safety.
It's important to clarify the distinction between the HBI and
the HOA: the HBI is dedicated to neighborhood safety
and security, while the HOA focuses on beautification and
infrastructure. We understand there has been some confusion
regarding this, and we aim to improve communication about
the roles of both organizations.
Membership and Security Enhancements: Since March 2024, Tax Deductible Status: We are close to achieving tax-deductible
we've experienced changes in membership. While we've lost status for contributions to the HBI fund, impacting quarterly,
