President's Message

Greetings and Happy Holidays!

s we head into the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025, I want to say a
special ‘Thank you!’ to our outgoing District 4 Commissioner, Dr. Warren
ASturman for his dedicated service to our neighborhood, our District 4
community and our city. It’s not often that we can lose someone of Dr. Sturman’s
caliber and still be excited to welcome his replacement. But this is one of those
times and we are delighted to welcome back our newly-elected District 4
Commissioner, Ben Sorensen. From his past experience as a Commissioner, Ben
knows how to do the job and we look forward to working with him again on the
many exciting projects upcoming in our Harbor Beach neighborhood.
HBPHOA Board Officers What projects, you say? Here’s a look at just some of those projects coming up
that you WILL want and need to know about, and which will be presented at our
President upcoming HBPHOA Annual Meeting in January:
