Experiential Restaurant Debuts Its Fifth Florida Location with a Benefit for Feeding South Florida
Fogo de Chão, the internationally acclaimed restaurant from Brazil, opened its first Fort Lauderdale location on the corner of
Southeast Third Avenue and Las Olas Boulevard at The Main Las Olas on August 19th. Simply seasoned, fire-roasted proteins
and a full churrasco experience are the core offerings. “We’re humbled to bring our Southern Brazilian hospitality and latest
innovative experiences to Ft. Lauderdale as we continue to expand in South Florida,” said Barry McGowan, Chief Executive
Officer of Fogo de Chão. “Fogo started in Brazil over 43 years ago and we have been fortunate to grow our brand in the
United States for the past 25 years. August 19th is a special date for us as it marks the opening of our Las Olas location and the
date we opened our first U.S. location in Dallas, TX in 1997.”
