Construction has begun on a full city block of rental
apartments and office space, encompassing nearly three
acres in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The project, known as
“The Main Las Olas,” calls for twin towers with 25 stories
of office space and 27 stories of 341 apartments,
bordering 201 E. Las Olas Blvd. and Southeast Third
Avenue. The towers will be connected by a parking

The ‘Movie Night On the Rooftop’ series was presented by
Maison Belle Claire Rosé, an award-winning estate-grown
wine originally developed in Provence, France, that was
recently acquired by Onze Importers, headquartered
headquartered here in Fort Lauderdale on E. Las Olas
Blvd. The event ran every Wednesday evening from 8-11
p.m. through Nov. 28, with a special Halloween themed-
movie night on Oct. 31. Patrons voted for their favorite
flick amongst a slew of classic films on Facebook in
advance via Rooftop’s Facebook page at
Facebook.com/Rooftop1WLO. Rooftop @1WLO is located
on the top floor of the One West Las Olas Building at 1
West Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. We hope
