Protect Rio Vista Security Patrol
Changing OF THE GUARD

He was promoted to sergeant in 2006 and served as a patrol
sergeant, as background investigations sergeant, and as
economic crimes sergeant. He was promoted to lieutenant in
2013 where he served in the Special Operations Division and
as a shift commander in the Patrol Division. In 2014, he was
promoted to captain and has served as the commander for
District 2, commander of the Operations Support Division and
as commander of the Special Investigations Division.
We are grateful for Capt. Scelfo’s leadership and we thank him
for his outstanding service to our Rio Vista neighborhood as he
turns over the duties of patrol coordinator to Sgt. Mark Wright.
