             honor and appreciation of Sam’s contributions to the Board and neighborhood.


             (photo at bottom right) Walter Mathews is an RVCA member with Tarpon River Preservation. TRP is a Florida non-profit created
             by local high school students to improve the quality of the Tarpon River, among other goals. Walter & teens team made a
             presentation on their efforts to monitor water quality and advocate for improvement.
