Phil Keagy is a native to Rio Vista and Fort Lauderdale. Born in Fort Lauderdale
O in 1949, he has spent virtually his whole life in the Southeast Rio Vista & Las
Olas areas. He knows these neighborhoods the best and has watched them grow while
living here for over 60 years! As a graduate of the University of Miami, he went on to
become a commercial pilot until focusing on a career in real estate in 1982.
Phil is also Vice Chairman of the Master Brokers Forum (MBF) which is a society of the
top 125 realtors in Broward County. Keep in mind that Broward County currently has
over 13,000 active real estate agents, lending to the exclusivity of this organization. Phil
has been awarded Prudential's Chairman's Circle, which represents the top echelon of
Prudential real estate brokers/agents for the past 10 years in a row. In addition, Phil
received the "Legends" award, one of the most coveted designations Prudential Real

Florida 1st a few years back.
At Better Homes and Gardens Florida 1st, with offices on S. Federal Highway directly across the street from Rio Vista,
Phil brought in his daughter, Taylor, as his partner in the Keagy real estate team until her recent move to California. He’s
since teamed up with Karen Martin at BHGRE Florida1st and continues to be a leading agent team for the firm. Phil's
hobbies include deep-sea fishing and traveling with his family.
