                  Burglary of a Conveyance

          n a recent press release the Fort Lauderdale Police  The police department offers a few tips in this regard. 1)

                             Do Not forget to check if your garage door is closed before going to bed.

                                Do Turn on house alarm when leaving home even to go shopping.
                                 Do Set a metal pipe or bar in the bottom track of the door slide.
                                Do Change batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide alarms yearly.
                              Do Hold family fire drills twice a year and establish a family rally point.
                             Do Prominently display security yard signs on your property. (ADT, Brinks).





              DO Prominently display home house numbers
              clearly visible from the street for emergency responders.
