elcome Helen Bennett and Cheryl Becker. Thank you, Anne
Maschmeyer, for taking on the Vice Presidency. Thank you, Paul
WRenneisen and Sussy Rosen, who will be leaving the Board but are still
involved on committees.
We had our LRA Annual meeting at our home this year and the new format and
venue turned out to be a hit! Although the venue was more informal and we
had an hour of mingling prior to the official meeting, we kept a thorough and
Helena Cooper structured agenda. Kicking off with the Pledge of Allegiance, we set the tone of
PRESIDENT professionalism and respect for our nation and political system.

coordinating all the food and drinks. A big thank you again to Triana Nania for
VICE PRESIDENT lending us your culinary expertise. The food was delicious! We also made our
Anne Maschmeyer guests feel more involved by bringing either an appetizer or a bottle of wine.

It was a fabulous opportunity to get better acquainted with neighbors, elected

shahina507@yahoo.com Earlier this month we had several car thefts and break-ins reported in The Landings
and we urge you again to not leave any valuables in your cars, always lock your
cars and leave FOBs way out of reach from the car. At our March board meeting
the police department recommended a Faraday bag for key FOBs. They are
available online for under $10.00.
On a security note…Our LPR Cameras! Whether you were an initial donor, have
not contributed or are new to our community, we are asking you to join in our first
annual camera contribution! This is for the general maintenance, connectivity,
service, and insurance for these cameras. And will eventually provide for the
